Spawned from the darkest gothic horror of Edgar Allan Poe's 'The Premature Burial', I took that same obsession, buried alive in the swirling music, glamour, atmosphere and splendour within those Slimelight walls, so powerful and moving to me when I was a regular there in 1994 and for many more years beyond. That spirit will always live on within me.

THE HAUNTED RUINS

Somewhere...
Lost in those fabled ruins, I dreamt of a mysterious and beautiful woman.

But blindfolded...
Would I ever find her again.
Her sonorous music swept me away and I was led on and on forever listening.

Then I felt her touch and was loved for evermore.

I'm proud to collaborate with the Slimelight again to reprint this now 26 year old image to help support the club in these difficult covid times and hope with all my heart that we can all dance again together soon.
